They're just carbs mainly and whatever filling, usually something sweet
so more carbs.

if you want to eat healthy stay away from frozen food
sometimes before we're even born, but it always happens and there's never any dignity in it.
I don't care if you can walk, see, wipe your own ass. It's always ugly. Always.
You can live with dignity, we can't die with it."

If 2 or 3 pork buns can keep you full until the next meal, then I guess it's not too bad. I used to eat 2 veggie and meat buns for breakfast almost school day because those are easy to hold onto while I rush to class xD

Its call pau^ in English terms, bao is in Chinese han yu ping ying.
I love lotus pau too.. I eat it like twice a week for breakfast.
Since its basically carbs and sweet filling, I eat it for breakfast because it makes me full too. Just take your time to chew the pau cause I feel that its rather drying if u eat too fast.
It should be at least 200kcals I BELIEVE(for a regular non-meat filling).. those with pork or chicken will be higher because theres oil.. that makes it taste so nice and juicy.
