on my way to school today, i was cruising on I95 on the far left lane when some chick cut me off. at first i just let it go.. and soon after she switched lanes again. when she tried to cut me off for a second time, i sped up and didnt let her in. thats when this female dog started gettin pissed off and she basically forced her way in front of me as her third attempt. at this point i got heated as well... and further down the way i got ahead of her and brake checked her.. briefly. i quickly gave it up and continued on my way to school.. only to see her following me on the phone... and im sure she was writing down my license plate number. i didnt give a crap the the moment but a little concerned now. two questions:

-will cops even worry about this case if she was to report me?
-even if cops happen to be on this case, its basically her word vs. mine, right?

i know i get road rage every now and then but i really dont have time to deal with this..

Don't do anymore stupid mini cooper. The police will look out for you now. So when you get pulled over next time, they'll look at your license plate and know you are the guy that's being an asshat on the interstate.

they really cant do anything cause words are just words. im assuming she didnt have a camera or actual evidence of what happened which means there's no solid ground where charges against you can be made.

the most cops can do is get an address from your lic. # and send you a road rage/warning pamphlet.

People get older, more lazy. I don't pay attention to them. I have a 6th gear and cruise control and pack of Camel Turkish Golds for safe measures. I am one of those people who use the H.O.V. lane just for cruising and nothing more. People in the state of Virginia do not know how to drive or have the ability to use other lanes to pass someone. So if someone tail-gates me, I just simply go slower, and slower until I hit the legal limit. I'm not going to be courteous to ignorant drivers. If it was an emergency vehicle, of course I would move. Just simply ignore those people. It will do the world some good when they drive and have an accident. One less car and one less douchebag on the interstate system and more gasoline for me.

I want to say false, but I never seen or heard anyone get one in their mailbox. But if you are caught by a police officer doing any brake checking, road rage, etc; you will have committed reckless driving. I should know, I just took a driver's education course. But mine was of speed and got dropped to a lesser charge. Thanks to driver improvement courses, clean DMV records, and having a courteous and apologetic attitude, I won and lost at the same time.
