So I just found this old camcorder my mom had stashed in the closet behind all the stuff...
i had found this camcorder before, a long time ago... i turned it on and i wanted to take the tape out to watch another tape... but it won't eject.
the screen said L.EMG and DEW.
in the manual, it says that those mean...
L. EMG : Tape insertion or ejection troubles;; Remove battery, insert it again and re-try operation.
DEW : Moisture has condensed inside the unit;; Leave CAMCORDER with cassette holder open for at least two hours.

I've done both of those things and they are both still on the screen and the tape still won't eject >o<

Does anyone know where I can go to get this old camcorder fixed??

TV repair shops and stuff are pretty rare now, but they do exist. Most of them can fix TVs and VCRs so a camcorder is mostly a complex vcr and they may be able to fix it.

Have you tried to eject with like the AC power connected?
