I'm a guy and I'd say the one thing that annoys me about guys are when they try to act tough. I mean if you're tough you're tough you don't have to pretend or show it off.

This is a major turnoff for me, and it bugs the mini cooper out of me. It is when a guy changes his tone of voice to that "sexy" tone. I don't know how to explain it, but omg it gives me shudders. Its like...ewww you perv!!!!

Saying some nonsense. Yes I know that some girls are valley girls, but sometimes you guys say some of the most useless and dumbest mini cooper ever.

I hate how the way they talk suddenly seem to change when they talk to their friends. All these random slang terms and hand shakes and fake-sounding laughs are just tossed around left and right.
I also hate how some guys (as others have stated) refer to girls in degrading terms.
