actually i was the other guy who had the manboob topic yesterday.
good to see another doubtful man here...lol

you seem to be a bit skinner than i am. i don't know if that's why but your breasts have more female like definition i think.
i guess i can't say if they are manboobs or not since im not sure about my own case.

i've been thinking about this last coulpe of days. imma try few things in next few months to see if i can reduce it.

1) imma cut down on weight when i do bench press, so i can easily do 20+ reps. i have been doing 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps for last
few years, i think this might have contributed to my gaining of chest volume
2) i will start doing declined bench press. i have been avoiding this exercise because my workout buddy told me that this would give
you more round shaped breast which may look like girl's. but imma disregard his advice as i think i might have the opposite effect
3)maybe join one of those classes with aerobic exercises in the gym. doing cardio should decrease my over all fat% which may help.

i also thought about changing diet... but i hate being picky with food.. lol

hope u figure out something too man.

Sounds good. I always try to employ cardio and I nearly don't eat fast food at all. But yea, i might have to work out more if I do have manboobs

You might just have Gynecomastia. If it doesn't get better as you work out, I suggest you go to a doctor, cause I know some guys are work out and are muscular but seem to never get rid of that little lump that makes it looks like man boobs. Employing the decline bench press would actually even out your pecs even more. So it's a good ideal to always vary your bench press

you dont have man boobs - well maybe you can call that for now. You just lack muscles in ur lower pecs. You obviously seem to workout so you should concentrate on that lower area. Most people at the gym that ive seen usually dont know how to work out their chests and end up working on only just their upper chest. This results in a high tight upper chest and a kinda saggy fat "man boob" near the bottom. tongue.gif My advice, stop doing chest exercises for you upper pecs for a while and concentrate on ur mid and lower to even things out. Do a combination of decline chest flys, decline presses, pec-deck flys, and dips.

Do you have suggestions for the reps and sets i should do for lower chest? I mean, if i get more mass down there, won't it look worse?
