Hey I've been using ImageReady to create animated avi but since two days ago it started to freeze after I tried to upload the selected vid to turn it into gif. Soon after few minutes, it crashes making me restart my desktop the improper way. I've been searching for solutions through google but no luck. My pc is clean and everything else like Photoshop works well.
Only ImageReady seems to be giving me problems. Any solutions or advices?

Make sure you're using the latest version of that software. Also what O/S are you using it on? Vista? Make sure you have SP1 at a minimum as that fixed a LOT of issues with that OS. If you're using XP, make sure you have all the updates. Also, check to see if there is an updated video driver for your computer.
