okay well my mom is always making me get my hair relaxed but i want to get a digi perm. which im pretty sure i will but before i do i heard that i needed to do a 3 mayonaise treatments to get most of the trelaxer chemicals out of my hair before i actually go get the digi perm. do you think that if i do that my hair will be healthy enough to do the digi.
also i heard digi perm was one of the least damaging perms you can do to your hair is that ture?

you can't remove 'relaxer chemicals'
if hair has been relaxed the bonds in the hair have already been broken, and the damage has been done.
