There's this powder milk tea mix. It's pretty good if you don't follow the directions. haha.
But, I use lipon tea bags and add condense milk and a little sugar for taste. VOLIA Milk Tea. haha.

just boil a big pot of water with a couple of lipton tea bags, yank them out when you've let them soak long enough, and stir in condensed milk to however sweet you want it. i dont really see the point of adding much sugar though cuz as long as you get sweetened condensed milk, it'll usually cover the sugar.

I use evaporated milk then add sugar.
I've never used condensed milk on my tea....I should try that...

i found this online: http://www.bubbleteasupply.com/index.php?page=recipes.html
basically, read this part:
How to make a Pearl Milk Tea
This can be made with black, green, oolong, chai, or yerba mate. The most popular are black tea and green jasmine tea.
3/4 cup tea
1 Scoop non-dairy powder creamer
1 Scoop bubble tea sugar syrup
1 cup ice
2 fl. oz. of cooked Bubble Tea Tapioca Pearls
1. Put hot tea, creamer and bubble tea sugar syrup in shaker and mix well.
2. Add in ice, cover shaker and shake for a nice froth.
3. Add tapioca pearls to a cup, and pour your drink over.
4. Put in your big fat bubble tea straw and enjoy.
*A much easier option is to use our Bubble Tea Milk Tea Powder.
