A Feeling Of Nothingness Inside. advice is greatly appreciated!

I've been feeling like.. dead inside for awhile. It's hard to explain? But even when I talk to my friends, I couldn't really genuinely smile, be happy, or anything. I just felt empty inside. [DEPRESSION?!] And so my sister said its because I'm letting all my school work control my life. @_@ I am doing REALLY bad in some of my classes, so its always on my mind. I don't really go out either. I finally went out yesterday and I dont feel this dreadful dead feeling inside me anymore, but my parents are against me going out again practically since I came home late. @_@

So, how do I not go crazy if I can't even go out? I don't know if anyone can give me any advice on this, but its worth a shot.

I think u need to organise your life .. so its balanced and then your feel better! how about a time plan/schedule

If your lacking in ur education, then study harder, concentrate on your work.. and do your best!
and once u got some done, your feel good about it and then u can go have fun with friends!

Its like a treat... if u do well, u get a reward!

well one of my teachers said there are 2 kinds of people... ones who don't know how to relax and others who don't know how to focus

so its good that you went out yesterday, but if your parentals won't let you socialize anymore you can always take breaks when you are doing whatever schoolwork you have. watch tv, go for a walk, chat on im or go on soompi biggrin.gif just don't take too many breaks lol. and, hit up youtube and watch some stupid mini cooper. laughter is thee best~

Organize your life and see if you can get a part time job so that way you have somethingelse to do to take your mind off of things.

when i feel down and have no one to turn to, i watch my youtube videos and funny asian dramas.
i listen to music and jump around. i'd do anything for that happiness.

First make your homework good and study after that, do something you enjoy.. watching dramas.. watching DBSK performance always makes me happy.. so yeah

This happens once in awhile...especially when all your other friends are busy with their own things. I've been feeling empty for a long time, but I try to find things to do. When I'm at home I keep myself busy with doing chores. When I'm done with that and still no one else is free to do anything, I go to the park and play some basketball. By then I can probably grab dinner or something with friends and I'll go home with a feeling of my day being fulfilled.

Your parents are opposed to you going out AT ALL, or just going out at night? If it's the latter, why don't you go out earlier in the day? Maybe grab lunch with friends, and then come home for dinner? I dunno. Those days for me are long gone. As for the schoolwork bringing you down, there's always one period of time when school is going to be hell for you. Just weather the storm, it'll clear up in a bit.

i always feel that way after being depressed
how many times must I fall over and over again? and when will i finally succeed at a such a vital point in my life while my time is dwindling away???

Stay home and get drunk or do a lot of drugs.
I'M JOKING.

Just don't stay out so late on the nights that you do go out with your friends.
Or else stay in with a good book, pick up knitting/crocheting, or find some other hobby.

haha that happened to me.
actually alot of times.
It's usually because Im just sick of this world or im tired.

Just that nothing seems important for that certain moment.

You will be back on track sooner or later.
especialy when you find someone XD
