I'm pretty sure this is a rumor. If this was real, wouldn't it be on the official BBC News Network? Besides, there's no news about him on MTV, Yahoo, E!, etc.

I could tell that it's not true because the news would've aired all over MTV, BET, and any radio.
Gosh, why would someone make such a rumor and nearly give some of his fans a heart attack (no i'm not one of those fans)?
