so for my fab sixteen, i decided to make a cake instead of buying one, saves so much money LOL.
so i decided to make those 3 layer tower cake..

O I bought my own cake for my 20th birthday lol

my birthday was 2 months ago!

but i saw this thread and couldn't resist sharing with the world what my wonderful-lest granny surprised with when i came back from uni all tired out from lectures on my bday


this cake was her own personal creation, heart-shaped layered chocolate sponge sandwiched together with a chocolate fondant [which is just OMG to die for], cake was coated in the same fondant and she pressed on chopped pecan, walnut and macadamia nuts and chocolate sprinkles and topped it with strawberries~
