Hey guys Im planning to buy a used 2005 black G35 coupe with 21k mileage. I have some Q for G35 owners or people tahts been in one..

1.Is it like, really uncomfortable in the back? Like the Mitsubishi Eclipse? Or is it bigger

2.What do you like / dislike about this car?

3.I'm getting an auto, but how does the manual shifter thing work?

4. Is there a better car I can get with 30k? (preferably an auto)

5. Is the backseats for the G37 more roomy?

1. Unless your 5 years old the rear seat is uncomfortable, like most coupes out there.

3. You just go to + for gear up - for gear down.

1. The back is not comfortable.
2. Like: Engine sound, appearance, "It's a Lexus". Dislike: No stick shift
3. There are two tabs on either side of the steering wheel, which on a click shift to a higher/lower gear. It's like a video game, lol.

Im looking for something like sporty and has luxury look to it as well.. nice interior.. yeah. Do people actually USE the manual shifter thing? Or just drive it like auto normally?

1. Its not uncomfortable per se, but it is a bit cramped. Getting in and out is just like any other coupe. The front seats are kinda squished for ppl with large shoulders. It feels like you sit higher up too.

2. Likes: Power, torque, lots of it, everywhere. Dislikes: Takes premium, front seats aren't accommodating for bigger people.

3. I have driven a G35x sedan thats auto and a G35 coupe thats manual. The manual is just so much more fun to drive than the auto. The auto still has lots of power and fun, but I'd get a manual if I had the choice.

4. Another auto? Luxury sedan/coupe? There are plenty.... used BMW M3, Audi A4 would be my first choices. Then there are always Lexus/Acura. I would chose a Infiniti M35 over the G35 coupe if it's auto.

You mean the tiptronic? No one really use it. It breaks easily as well.
