There's Barron, Princeton, Cliffnotes, and Kaplan to speak of a few.
But which ones really help? Which one would be the best (and for what subject)?
Or better yet, which one did you use and how did you feel about it?
I'm mostly looking for the study guides for the AP tests. I already have Barron's SAT I, 2007 ed.
AND! Does it matter which edition you get? Because getting one from a year or two back is way cheaper.

Which Study Guides Would You Recommend? Out of the many choices out there....

Most of the different editions don't really vary that much so I think it'd be okay to get one a year or two older.

I'd go for Barron's.
They tend to actually over-prep you for the various tests so that when you take them it seems easy.
They're fairly easy to follow too.
If you're looking to save money, just check it out from the library. xD

NOBODY should get the Barron's US History SAT II book.
I have never seen so many errors in one book, factually AND grammatically, in my life.
Quite horrendous.
But the rest of Barron's books are good.

what you could do is check out different brands from the library and decide for yourself which helps you the most.
I love watching KevJumba's videos. xD

^ Aish man...I only bought one X_X
For the SAT Reasoning, all I can say is DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy McGraw-Hill. Not only do they have stupid typos everywhere, but a lot of their answer keys are mixed up and don't match with the appropriate question. You literally have to go through the entire book and sort out the crapped up answer keys.
For the math level 2, stay away from stupid Princeton Review. Their explanations are not that bad, but they tend to oversimplify the exam. Some topics were severely glossed over, such as standard deviations, matrices, etc.
