Yes,those aren't legal sites.[although i go there a lot. >.<]
There are no sites wherein you can legally download songs.
you'll have to buy the artist albums instead.

I'm not sure for other English sites.. there might be ways around the Korean sites, but I dunno which ones allow foreigners to buy & download.

The problem is it's in Korean only and you need to register first before you can purchase the song.

But even I have zero knowledge in Korean, I can navigate the site pretty easily and buy a couple of mp3 for 500Won each plus 10% VAT.

I really want to know how to download Korean songs legally too. I like the songs from many korean artists and want to support them. The problem is I like only one or two songs in each album, and it's not worth buying the whole album with the shipping fee especially for 1-2 songs.

yea, in mnet, when u search artist or song, there is mp3 icon beside the track u can download,
click on it, it would take you to login page and billing page.
Usually each track costs 500 Won plus 10% VAT but you have to prepaid a certain amount like 3000Won, 5000Won, etc.

There are a dozen payment method, VISA is the credit card icon on the top right hand side.
