Best Sauce For Seafoods? suggestion please :)

what kind of sauce do you think is best for grilled seafoods? fishes, clams, prawns etc

just trying to do a survey of what most people like to go with their seafoods =)

Hot sauce! Like...Tabasco, Tapatio or Sriracha. And of course, garlic butter.

i like tobasco with like oysters and stuff xD
or just like lime, seafood is pricey! so you wanna enjoy all the flavors of it without anything overpowering it!

for the GRILL i like to just season with salt/pepper, or a spice rub.
i'll use oyster sauce or some kind of white wine / cream [or butter] combo for the pan
sweet and sour sauce for the wok

probably fish sauce

vietnam style nuoc nam

or thai fish sauce

or filipino patis fish sauce

with rice

beure blancs, a citrus-ee hollandaise, reduced gastrique of fish/shell fish with a hint of acid, saffron sauces.

else...ketchup and mayonaise

this is what most seafood restorant in my country do:

1 Tblsp crush peanut or u can use chunky peanut butter (i use Skippy)
1 Tblsp pineapple jam
1 Tblsp ketchup
mix them all and u got ur self an addicting seafood sauce...
perfect for boiled or grilled seafood
