we started to "talk" ALOT in the summer of 08 course recently ... so in mid august we "slow dow" but i guess being me, when i want something i want it now. i often keep bringing the subject up but he doesnt like when i talked about it. he told me hes waiting for the right time to asked me out yet i am impatient... i talked so much about being together so now i push him off the bridge. we argue alot...but you know the saying keep pushing it and it sure will go away...something on that line.

But I think he's stupid for putting off asking you out if he actually likes you and he knows you like him

It actually sounds like he might not like you and just told you that he did so he wouldn't hurt your feelings. : /

That could be why he told you he wants to wait- he might be hoping you'll get tired, give up, and become infatuated with some other guy so he doesn't have to deal with you.

if a guy's annoyed, most of the time it's for some immature/child-like reason.

you probably were too intimate with some other guy [jealousy], perhaps you forgot his birthday, perhaps he just needs to be angry every now and then - and you just happened to be there to be annoyed at.


1. ask if it's about you.
2. give space, but don't be out of contact.. he probably will change his mind and say 'yeah, it's about you.'
3. accept his apology for being angry at you. >>' if he does..

_ some guys just feel like they need to hurt the ones close to them. maybe it's some sick justice for giving and not getting, or perhaps it's a test whether the other is only there for their own happiness.

Well I am the one who started that other topic...when a guy doesn't want to talk to you, then you should give him space and don't talk to him for a while (maybe a few months depends on what happened).

since you were always talking to him before, he'll notice that you aren't talking to him anymore and probably message you or something
but if he's playing the stupid 'see who breaks first' game after you don't talk to him for a while,

I actually fear that Alfie doesn't want to talk to me and is annoyed by me sometimes. We're friends, we're not dating, but Bobby likes to do the whole "hey, your boyfriend's here." type of thing. We've only known each other for a week and have only talked on MSN four times. Out of those, I've been the one starting three conversations since he wouldn't IM me first, so I said screw it and said hello.

But then I feel better when Albert jokes around with Alfie and will be like, "Alfie, your girlfriend's here!" when I'm really not and he freaks out during his break and says, "Hold on, I'm eating!" and is trying to rush.

I overanalyze things, I bet, hah.

But if a person is really annoyed, I'll try giving them space and then after a while, just leave them a simple comment or text saying "Good morning" or something.

Well with my guy friends...
They never get "annoyed" of me, but sometimes I feel that they think I'm hanging out with them ALL the time... lol
So when that happens I usually stop hanging out with them for a while...
For a few days and see if they call or something =)
When they wanna see me again, they'd usually call and say something about how I haven't called haha

you could be disrupting him unintentionally while he is busy with something else
