My Brother wants to format his microSD card for his Motorola Razor V3 to put videos, music....

THe card is formated and we drag and dropped the mp3 files in the my_music folder. When we got to the phone, none of the songs appeared. We pressed sync, but that wont work either. could you help? I looked everywhere on the web too but got nothing...

Also how do I putin videos?

Thanks so much and best regards!

Try to put them into the card itself and not the folder? I get that for my sd card sometimes but if I don't put it in the folders and just in the card then they show up in my phone, then I just move them later. Hope that helps~

Nope. You know when it pops up and you have all those options? Just select "View folders" and don't move anything into the folders that you made like "my music" or "graphics", just move them onto the card and then you should be set.

The items should show up properly and then while the card is in your phone you can re-organize and move the files into the folders you created.

I just tried that, didn't work.

I only have the SDcard (micro) and the reader...Is it even possible or do I need the USB?

It should be possible, when you say reader do you mean the converter? (where you can put the mircoSD card into the converter then stick the converter into the computer? If so then try putting that card into the computer and moving the files...)

Otherwise I'm not really sure on how to help >.< Sorry.

REALLY?!??!

Are you sure? With my LG Voyager, I didn't need to install the CD or USB at all!! I just had to use the microSD as a memory stick.

What a bummer... tears.gif
