i was just wondering, because it happened to me today.
i studied so hard for one of my exams like hardcore,
and in the end, it just didn't pay off, like it was pointless all along.

Most of our lives are a series of images, they pass us by like towns on a highway. But sometimes a moment stuns us as it happens and we know that this instant is more than a fleeting image. We know that this moment, every part of it, will live on forever.

Yeah, I always strive hard just to achieve something. I think, successful people strive hard to achieve their goals in life and they are successful doing that.

FRIENDLY ADVISE:

Sometimes, things don't go the way you want it to be. In order to achieve something, you must accept failures as if you'd did your best to achieve something. For me, life is the most interesting thing to explore and lastly make your failures as your motivations to strive hard to achieve something.

awww...don't stress it =). In my last year of college, I took an astronomy class- collisions in space. It made sense,...but the professor changed towards the end of the semester and it messed me up completely. I studied 3 days STRAIGHT with 2 hours of sleep for this final exam and got a D. T.T...but it's okay b/c I still graduated with a degree and a minor and have the greatest job in the world ( in my opinion).
Quote of the year :
"Asians are fuking pussys. Im ashamed to be a part of you weak timid little race ...Maybe if asians were as awesome as me we wouldnt have so many racist things hurled at our people. If you didnt think like such a timid little slave maybe you wouldnt get racism 5 or 6 times a week like you say you do. " -CuriosityGguy I think like a timid little slave. That's why I put this on my signature.

Yeah. I tried so hard to do well for my exam but in the end I got MUCH lower than what I aimed.
Even though I was second in class for the subject but it was just...blargh.

I'm motivated if I know I CAN. Vice versa.
And it's not really a good thing sad.gif
Best, you've got to be the best. You've got to change the world.
And use this chance to be heard. Your time is now.

Yeap...this happens to me all the time...& the outcome doesn't turn out what i expect. I find it rather weird when i dont try hard to achieve something..& it turns out vice-versa.

I studied for two hours a day (over a week) for my Calculus test and in the end I failed. MISERABLY.

Out of 100 pts. I got a 7. That's right a 7!!!!!!!

[this was like 2 years ago]I went emo for a year in art school to get into a bachelor program I was really desperate to get into, worked my butt off, pulled a lot of all-nighters just to get work done. Time came to submit portfolios for the year ahead [to get into the program] - I was totally worn out at this point and had like no time to work on my portfolio... So I had a slight feeling I wouldn't get in and lo and behold, I didn't get in...I guess it was my fault and completely disappointed myself but a whole year of stress of perfecting my artwork and it all lead to rejection! stupid thign is..they only accept 60 students, makes me real mad to this day haha. BUT, I've moved on to another major so it's all good... just look at other alternatives to studying, look at what you did wrong, etc.. we all learn from our mistakes/failures right

We're pretty much on the same page.
I found out I was failing a subject.
So I studied super hard for the exam.
...No such luck.

ROFL
For some reason, the less I strive the more I achieve.

I'm the slacker type of person, so I always do things in the last minute. My grades are above average when I do so. Whereas when I tried actually putting time into studying or projects, it doesn't pay off at all.
