*speechless*
nothing to proud of or WOW...
it was funny and annoying..
still don't get why its there as an option... i mean.. i'm sure ppl can read their own comments Out loud

It might seem very silly for you guys but it's actually a tool that blind users use so that they can "see" what kind of comments their uploaded/favorited videos have received. There is a program that is compatible with websites for blind people to help them navigate and essentially surf the web with independence by helping with reading the text on the page out loud.
For the people who are worried that the computer generated pronunciation of their text comments don't make any sense to the blind people who are trying to "read" them, there is an audio preview.
Oh yeah! After reading this, for those of you who are confused as to why blind people surf the web or even bother "watching" youtube videos (because I was), just know that they are also humans that use the internet to interact and communicate with other humans.

LOL, I found it pretty funny actually... especially when I was spazzing out something and my comment read "hahaha" - the tone of voice made it so lame sounding.

i always press enter after writing a comment thinking it will be posted, but by default "audio preview" is highlighted so im always taken by surprise. it is hilarious though. especially with foreign words/names. for instance when i wrote jaejoong it said jay-joong, and for changmin it said change-min. ah, good times...
And we're frozen in time,

haha i love that comic. it inspired the audio preview
reading some of the comments though i'm sure it would defer some would be posters except one where i think the person blamed the audio preview for making his comment sound dumb o_o

That's pretty cool actually. I like that a website would take the visually impared into consideration, when no one else would think to...
I just misuse the tool, especially when commenting on DBSK videos or the like. The little "speaker" has enough trouble with english words. Korean names just come out hilariously.
