I can honestly say I'm pretty addicted to my ipod .... i listen to it almost all the time .... i even drive my parents crazy cuz i i have it with me 24/7 hahaha.... i cant live without my music

I'm not as addicted to it as I was b4, but I still take it with me everywhere I go.

I really loved touching the screen. I was amazed at the piece of technology in my hands.

I'm over the fact that I can touch it, but I'm still obsessed with music as ever.

Yeah, my mom used to yell at me about it all the time when I was in high school. "Forget looking for your mp3 player and let's GO!" "Take your earphones off so I can talk to you." "Do you really need your mp3 player for a five-minute walk?" etc. etc. If I didn't have my mp3 player with me or the battery died when I couldn't charge it, I'd feel really frustrated on the long bus rides to and from school. I still plug myself into my mp3 player pretty much every time I head to a class or lab, even if it's only a five minute walk to class. When I study, I'm almost always listening to music. Every time I go out for a walk, my mp3 player comes too. When I'm on the computer messing around like I am now, you can bet I've got music playing on my computer. I definitely feel too obsessed still, but it's not as bad as it was before.

And like aznshorty, I was the same way when I got my current mp3 player as a Christmas gift last year. I touched the touchscreen aaaall the time and took it with me everywhere.

Don't leave the house without it, makes my journeys on public transport so much more enjoyable. I'd never be so discourteous as to listen to it in the company of others though.

^ Yeah, I don't listen to it when I'm with people, generally, because it's rude and I don't need to. The only times I used to listen to it when people were around was on long car rides (or sometimes short ones) with my family, which explains why my mom used to bug me about it even though she was always just listening to her favorite radio station anyway; and usually on the long morning bus rides to my high school, since almost everyone was usually sleeping or doing homework.

ME! I always listen to it when I go to sleep. Can't fall asleep without it. I ALWAYS have it on the bus.
I can't imagine what I'd do without music.
I mean, music helps me sort out my thoughts and I think a lot more clearly with it.

music is my life! at times i listen to it in class
the bathroom, before, after and during sleep
i bring it everywhere with me.

It gets so boring on the bus and train without it.

But, for example, if I see my friend on the bus, I'll take it off and talk with them, and not have it plugged in.

So I guess I'm not really that addicted to it, but like Harbl, I definitely don't leave home without it.

I AM! Definitely. I listened to it like 24/7. When I'm getting ready for school, going to school, in the car, eating, in class (when I can), etc.
My parents don't like it 'cause my earphones are always in my ear.
My friends are like, "Oh, there's Zidney again, listening to her iPod." Lol.

I only get frustrated when I forget to bring it with me on long trips. I usually like to drown myself in t music to stop myself from counting down the minutes until I arrive at my destination.

I always have to have my ipod with me when I'm taking the bus/train, or if I'm in a boring class. I bring it along on car rides too.

Only reason I don't use it as much anymore is that;
it fails - randomly starts fuxing up
4gb space wtf, can't fit anything :/ so i can't be bothered updating

I'm definitely not addicted. I used to use it all the time, but now I only use it when I go work out.

Word of advice: Watch the earphone volume. Early deafness due to excessive use of earphones at high volumes is not just a myth your parents use to scare you.
