what i make isn't really a smoothie, but it's pretty healthy (and easy!) : blend blueberries with milk (until you don't see much blueberry pieces).
personally, i put less blueberries when compared to milk. but it's really your own preference. =)

I have a simple recipe for Vietnamese smoothies :]
Supplies:
1.Fruits (Mango, oranges, avocado)<--preferably fresh
2.Blender
3.Measuring cups
4.Table spoon
5.Condensed milk
6.Ice cubes
7.Sugar
8.Cups
9.Ice cream
Ingredients:
1. 1 large ripe fruit (whatever you've chosen)
2. 1/4 cup of condensed milk
3. 2 cups (or a little less) of ice
4. 1 table spoon of sugar (optional, add for the sweet taste)
Procedures:
1. Cut fruit into small pieces and peel the skin
2. Put ice cubes in the blender and crush them
3. After the ice is crushed in the blender, put in the pieces of fruit
4. Put in condensed milk
5. Put in one scoop of ice cream
6. Put in the table spoon of sugar
7. Blend them together until the everything is completely mixed together and the ice is completely crushed
That's all, then you can enjoy it. :] For the ice cream, I used vanilla, and it tasted pretty good. If you're going to use avocado as your fruit though, don't add ice cream.

my usual smoothie is
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 4-5 frozen strawberries
- half or whole banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
optional: oatmeal/honey
i never get tired of this combination 8)) very good ^^b. buying big bags of frozen fruits from costco is very nice because berries like strawberries taste terrible when they are not in season =s
