How Do You Relax?

before yesterday i got to the point where i thought i was going to lose my mind and couldn't stand life,
But a friend recommended me a bubble bath.
i put Clazzaiquai on and took a bubble bath and i got refreshed lol!! i felt like i was in heaven and i almost fell alseep in the tub! lol.
I also workout but that doesn't really get rid of actual stress for me.
So how do you Manage your stress?

-Listen to music
-Dance to said music
-Take a long bath.
Totally works everytime for me, especially the bath.

- listen to soothing music
- doodle everywhere
- eat something healthy
- go out with friends
- talk to someone about my problems ^^;

i totally agree. running always relieves my stress
i would usually either sleep, listen to music, or run.
and if it is a b-e-a-utiful day outside go for a walk or a drive with good music. good music always makes your day better.

Also, planning for the future. Putting things into perspective and sorting things out in my head (and then on paper!) makes me feel more prepared for what's to come (since that's usually my source of stress.)

and a nice long bath if i'm really stressed that particular day
plus deep breaths in and out. <-- works so well before a test, i'm not kidding you. learned it from my ap chem teacher.

O.o Me too. My Mom thinks I'm crazy but whenever I'm stressed, I roll up my sleeves and start cleaning everywhere- from my dirty and messy room to the kitchen {and I'm actually not a really organized person. LOL}
- scream out loud
- have a walk
- write down all my anger into a piece of paper and burn it
- choose a quiet place and sit there breathing in and out without thinking about anything

` Drink something I love, like iced cocoa. Having a drink refreshes me a lot.
` Listen to Amethystium. Music distracts me if I'm doing something else at the same time, though.
` Buy myself a little gift online, haha. Something small, around $10-$15.
