hi, i recently got my samsung f480 and it's been working fine up until now..
the buttons don't respond anymore ):
the 3 buttons on the bottom don't work no matter how many times i press them
same with the lock button on top & camera button on the side, please help!

+ also, the screen light isn't going off. usually the light dims after 3 seconds but it's still on x.x

have you tried removing the battery, putting it back in and turning it on?
