Ok so I'm about to get a new phone sometime this week and I have no idea which one to choose...My two that I narrowed it down to are the G1 and the Behold...I am currently with T-Mobile and these are the only touchscreen phone so yeah...

If I get the Behold I want it in pink, but the problem is that the pink one only the backside is pink and that would look so retarded... And with the G1 I really want a white one but it's not available...So I like the G1 because it has a full keyboard and I like the Behold because it's just sleeker and it just looks nicer...IDK which one to choose...HELP!

personally i would get the G1. cuz i like slide-y ish phones..and yes as you said, it has a full keyboard. also, you're right, it would look really weird if the Behold was only pink on the back. in general i dont like touchscreen phones, though.

I've seen the G1 in action...not just in a store where it's meant to look good....I mean real life action. It's a crap phone and it looks it.

take that baby out of the pretty store lights and yeah...not so damn hot now.

and if you're with tmobile...why limit yourself to those phones? you have a sim card...find something you'll like more unlocked.

the good thing about gsm networks is not being locked down to the company's phones with the ugly branding on them. ^__^ explore.

Why do you have to sign a new contract? If you buy the phone separately, you can go on flexpay, and not be tied down. ._.

Anyways, if you're a texter G1 or BB if you don't want sidekick, if you like touchscreens and a nice camera the Behold aka Tocco lol. I've never heard of a phone called the Behold before, sounds sort of epic haha.

Phones are a lot cheaper when you buy them with a contract. So thats probably why she doesn't want to get an unlocked phone.

I would go with the G1, because it can assess the apps on the internet kind of like the iphone. I personally don't mind bulky phones, so I would pick that.

If you want the behold in pink then you can always buy a pink protector. I think the ones t-mobile came out with is a lot uglier than the original tocco.

Is there a t-mobile retail store near your area that sells unlocked phones? Maybe that will widen your selection?

If there isn't, I would get the behold =) . Like WitchGoddess said, you can always buy a pink protector or you can decorate it with stickers or what not. Plus it's a 5mp camera

I originally wanted the Sony Xperia X1 but they don't have that available in the U.S. yet...
So hopefully they have it unlocked at the store...
