The Segway is the best part of the whole video.

most of that has little to nothing to do with gymkhana, last time i did a gymkhana we didnt have to do a 360* through a hanger or drift around a house....

I saw this video yesterday, it's just a self-promotion of the guy. He and the people who did the video don't know what gymkhana is.

Lol

old-duwel is no pro like ken block smile.gif he's a military dude (AF) stationed in japan.

His set up allows him to drift much on his Impreza (GDB 6spd w/ dccd + Cusco 2way lsd)

IIRC, his GC8 is around 350-400hp w/ 20G turbo. Not sure if he really pushed it on those session.

I saw this yesterday during english class while my classmates were making power point presentations, very sick driving.

If I was in that car I would be scared horribly with the way it shakes lol

I've seen this posted on like four different forums now. I still can't get over how good Block is.

the object of gymkhana is not to drift, its to navigate the course as quickly as possible. sometimes that involves sliding but the angle should be kept to a minimum. that video was a very poor example of gymkhana driving

this is a better example http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=vuJgC_n9hzA

look how quick he goes around the cones. no excess sliding or anything. i used to have a really cool video of gymkhana but i dont know what i did with it

Most over-rated video on the internet of the year. If someone with skills to drive [i.e. - drift] had enough practice laps [or takes] like he did, I bet he/she would get respect too. But *yawn*, IBTL.
