Hi guys, I'm just wondering what kind of things do you do or get involved in in AIESEC? I know about the internships abroad, but what do you normally do as a member if you're not abroad?

Also, what kind of relevant experience(s) do you need (if any) to be selected for the interviews? What's their interviews like?

I would appreciate greatly if anyone themselves are in the AIESEC or know someone who is, and is able to tell me more about this?
