Anyone Knows Any Workout For Stubborn Cellulite? For example, arms and thighs

Yes people, i have this problem, i have really flabby arms and thighs. my tummy area is okay, but i just wanna trim my arm and thighs, does anyone have any recommendations for any work out?
furthermore, my prom is in a few days time, I NEED HELP!!!

run on the treadmill everyday for atleast 15 minutes. do push ups.
if you dont have a treadmil go on a walk or a run. run for atleast 10 minutes a day or walk for atleast 15

hmmm, that's a short span. wish u luck.
since the areas are flabby, not fat...
for legs, do lunges, skipping, running/jogging.
for arms, use a chair (focusing on tricep), push ups, circular push ups, tricep pushups.
google it!

lol... i agree... a few days time? thats impossible. the only way is to cut your calories. but thats only short term and you will lose say like 5lbs but you will gain back 10. find motivation to be healthy in the long run. eat healthy and work out at least 3x per week of cardio and strength training

work out a lot ~ learn to eat properly.. you won't be able to accomplish anything within a few days.. you need like 6 months to a year - as a beginner ~ or hire a professional trainer - that has helped a lot of female clientele lose the cellulite.. stubborn cellulite means your really out of shape with high fat content there... truth to tell .. its pretty damn hard to get cellulite unless you really... really.. really... treat your body like crap with your eating habits and lack of exercise -

You probably had your prom by now, but you can't just get rid of cellulite that easily.
You have to exercise and do strength training/toning exercises. Cellulite doesn't go away in a matter of days, more like months.

n___n'' ohh wow.....as many people have metioned, cellulite is hard to get rid of in a few days.
I take fitness, so doing lunges, squats, will help with legs. if you are able to go to a gym, use the angled leg press(you are on a machine where you are at a 45 degree angle, and use your legs to push a weight, the actual machine weighs alot, so don't put any weights on it. good idea to bring a friend to spot you, cuse you may not be able to push it xDD and you'll be sooo screwed). those are SO painful. and works so well. if angled leg press is too much for you, go on the hack squat(you are standing at 45 degree angle, and do squats, with weight on your shoulders). I did these for 1 1/2 months, and my legs are so much slimmer n___n
good things to do for arms is to use a barbell and do some curls, do some dips, etc. there arn't alot of things for arms.
a way to lose fat is to do cardio. your body burns carbs in 15 mins, but past 15 min and you start to lose calories. so, you should exercise for 30 min, best if it's 1 hr, cuse you will burn more calories.

What are you talking about? There are a ton of exercises for arms and legs. Many MANY more than you
have mentioned. Not a bad plan. I'll just say refer to kinein's post. There are other things you can do,
losing "cellulite" is the same process as losing fat. There are plenty of quality posts in the bodybuilding thread about this.

im sure cellulite or slimming cream helps. even if its a little bit.
alright a little of topic, but how to prevent cellulites is to drink tons of water. when u lack of water = u get cellulites.
DO NOT take snacks in between meals example after breakfast b4 lunch. this will contribute to cellulites.
caffeine contributes to cellulites.
