So i have to collect some info on what teens can do at 16. I guess things that they can do that aren't condsidered good especially for their age.

For example, they can move out of their parents house and live by themselves, have sex, drop out of school, etc.

I'm not sure if you can elsewhere, but here in Australia you can smoke at 16 - only you cannot purchase cigarettes legally until 18.

Well to be honest, you can have sex as soon as the male can get a boner and you can drop out of school at any age.

well here where i live (ontario canada)
at 14 you can 'legally' run away from your home o.o
& at 16 you can live on your own as long as you have parental consent

there are some 17+ clubs you can go to.. but you need to pretend you're a year older which isn't hard i guess
