This happens to me rather frequently, I'd be yawning my head off cuz i'd be so tired, and BOOM my jaw gets stuck. and its like that for at least 2 minutes, and i look like a gaping fool trying not to drool who cant talk, and worst of all - the pain.
does this happen to anybody?? theres no cure for it, right?? what do u guys do? it's always my right one that gets stuck.

This has def happened to me before. I'm a little more cautious of it now though so I make sure I don't yawn TOO widely or something.
When it happened to me, I, of course, panicked XD and ran into the bathroom and locked it so no one could see me.
I just started shifting my jaw to get it even again and it eventually did 'snap' back into place after like 30 seconds or something.
I always thought that this only happened to me because I have an underbite..

TMJ, baby! well.. it could be. if you're having problems, go to your MEDICAL doctor (because your dental probably won't cover it) and have them refer you to an oral surgeon for treatment.
too local to be exotic. too exotic to be local.

yeahh this happens to me too, started maybe 5 years ago?? but yeahh my jaw cracks constantly, even when i open my mouth a little to eat. you should see your dentist as soon as possible, if not...it'll get worse like mine lol. for now, just try to avoid opening your mouth really wide.

yep. sounds like tmj to me too
happened to me a while ago and my dentist and doctor said i had it bc of stress
you can get it if you grind your teeth a lot too, like in your sleep or whatever
you can gently massage the sides of your jaw to relieve the pressure or.. get the surgery
