I was wondering, supplients like "Jamieson Calcium" "Vitamin A pills".... are they really safe to use for people around 15-18 age range? When they might still be growing? And also, do they really work?

There's nothing wrong with using vitamins, just follow the instructions
on the containers and make sure you don't take too much.
