I just read the 411 thing too... I have to agree with it also... I think with the closing of the 411 forum, Soompi will lose lots of members, mainly the ones who post ONLY in the 411 and no where else... Not that I care... Many of them weren't very nice anyways...

and we're sorry to have to do this to you guys, but..there're just too many people in there that are far too disrespectful..that forum is like a magnet.

It's pretty much like what happened with the philosophy and religion forum once. We're just hoping that the atmosphere in there will change.

as of now, i've actually received only positive feedback, which was nice to hear until i realized that sung pretty much said "whine about this and die," or something. i wouldn't mind hearing constructive complaints though. lets me know what's going on.

I don't really mind it closing... I'm just glad the people who post cool and interesting pictures also post in the 20+ section, haha... As long as the anime, manga, and video game forum is around, I'm happy...

alrighty. i'll try to be online saturday and sunday. today is gonna be busy because i lost my DD:Recall sheet with my new scores, so i'm gonna have to redo a bunch of stuff.

as for the close of the 411, all i can say is there were too many people being jackasses and pic whoring for attention. oh well, GG.

can't we just keep 411 closed permanently? is anyone really going to miss it? like shinhawk said most of the people who posted there only posted there anyways...I wonder how much of soompi's resources that section used...I saw this technique used on another forum but you could always hire a special team of mods for that individual forum and make it so every post made by new members or certain members must be reviewed before they actually apear. Like say someone has to have X good posts until he can post without moderation..It would be a pain in the ass to work out though with all the people soompi has
