They told me I was in love. I really do give my heart to a lot of people I'm close with very easily whether they be friends or "lovers". Was it lust for me? I dunno it was a long distance relationship and it was just sort of the enjoyment of the person's company. And sort of togetherness walking through life. But he dumped me. When I went to see him... yea.. heh

Chris, you don't need to think like anyone / everyone else. And don't think what you think is insane. Your values / beliefs are well defined. I admire that in a person^^. You remind me of one of my closest friends.

^ since for some odd reason you agree with me, you'd probably like my story i'm writing in the fic section, Twisted Nerve. it's filled with my mind-boggling, malpsychotic philosophy. here's a little taste from chapter 12, which is being written as we speak.

They say that the heart is the hardest thing to mend. It isn’t even close to mending a heart that has been ripped to shreds, crushed, pounded, stepped on, thrown to the ground, burnt, and blown into the wind like flower petals after a spring gale. I once believed that what I yearned for was for someone to say those three words. Now that I know what they sound like, I realize how worthless they are. Three pathetic syllables, eight letters arranged and compressed in such a way to break one’s heart, one simple meaning which I’d like to forget. In an instant, the innocent beauty was mutilated into the desecrated freakshow. It was my mistake. I let him enter my body fully, through mind, body, and soul, in no particular order. A betrayal of my love… unforgivable.

For me I think it's what point in stage in life you are at. It's okay to be confused and change on a daily basis. You are a dynamic person right?^^ Your demands and desires (and like of admiration for certain traits) change all the time. It's okay^^

eh, advertising wouldn't help. no one posts in my fic either way. my writing is brilliant thanks to the fact that i write only at the points in the day when my sanity corrodes, like at 4 in the morning after working all day. but if you do get a chance, i'd appreciate your thoughts on my story. i wrote it out of my passion for writing...

yes, the story is written from many perspectives. it's a very violent story. please read with discretion.

and i'm not heartbroken. more like, i've been through enough things to have gone through hell and back. so you can feel that kind of feeling of betrayal in my words and characters.

but it's very unsettling because sometimes when I want to get into a relationship, my mind starts fluctuating between what I want, and then I don't know if I want to be in a particular relationship, and then thoughts in my head just start..going all crazy and just..annoying =( *sigh*.. I dont even know...

And Chris is a guy..I like how he writes from a girl's perspective though.

no. it's more or less expressing those complicated feelings you get when you think you're in love, and you find out it's not true... that's what i am expressing. this character was betrayed by someone, someone she believed she loved. all she wanted was for him to say "i love you", and he just walked away. but i think if you read the description in the story, it's much better. it's chapter 5 i think.

the quote, which begins chapter 5:

The word romance has never been a fond word for me. Love, as I’ve seen it, was a chemical imbalance in one’s head, causing them to have the delusion that someone would be worth sacrificing themselves for. Someone worth giving up your life for. Too bad chemicals could never hide the fact that he left me. Left me for dead in that motel. Bastard… couldn’t even be a man, and say those three words. And so I lay in a bathtub of my own blood…
