I was reading New Moon before the movie started, and yes, he basically asks Bella to marry him in New Moon as his condition. So it didn't happen in Eclipse first.

Eclipse is coming out before Deathly Hallows pt 1.

I don't know about Breaking Dawn, but I'm sure its release date will be 6 months around Deathly Hallows pt 2.

Not the best movie in the world. I was expecting high hopes for this movie, but was a little disappointed. ALL of the scenes involving Bella and Edward were so boring. They mumbled to each other about how much they love each other, but it's just so boring. Why do they love each other anyways? I mean, in the book and the movie, they never really TALKED. There is no real reason why they're in love. Bella just sees Edward, and all of a sudden they start saying cheesy lines to each other? I mean with Bella and Jacob, they actually T A L K E D and clicked. I could see the two as a couple. Bella and Edward are so awkward with each other. I enjoy the Bella/Jacob scenes the most. They are cute together, and just clicked. I love Alice. Ashley Greene did a job gob with Alice by acting really perky and cute. Anyways, when Edward dumped Bella, I would expect her to start bawling her eyes out. She just stares at him, and looks lost rather than sad. She breathes a lot, and when he left and she was wandering around the forest, she faked sniffles. Kristen Stewart looks the part of Bella, but her acting isn't so good. So she cries and mourns for Edward for about 4 months? She should seriously get over him. The first few months is normal, but 4-5 months?!!? So she decides to piss Edward off by getting herself in trouble. She decides to ride motorcycles, so she basically uses Jacob. They become friends, and then she finds out bout the werewolves. Blah blah blah and she dumps Jacob to go save Edward. I thought that the action was pretty good. But, I hated Bella a lot when she decided to dump Jacob for Edward. It's basically like, he comforted her when she needed it the most, but the second Edward is back, she gets rid of him. Almost like Jacob's her rebound. That made me really mad. I would stay with Jacob, because he was a true friend. But no, she says to him, "I'm sorry. I love you. But it was always HIM." Great. You might as well stabbed him with a knife rather than open your mouth. It was overall not the best. I only liked the Jacob/Bella, movie and action scenes.

watched this last night and those little kids that was watching it was like screaming every time edward was on screen or when jacob took off his shirt was super funny. rofl.
anyways i like new moon. i thought it was pretty good.
jacob is so nice and sweet to bella that i felt bad for him for what she said.
though i love edward too but jacob was just so sweet here.
i loled at his hair in the beginning but when he got a haircut. <333

Twilight New Moon today.
Rating: C. Cheesy/bad acting and humour in the wrong places. Worse was that teenage girls and 30 (40?)year old women screamed really loud everytime Jacob (Taylor Lautner) or Edward (Rober Pattinson) appeared (and went crazy when Jacob was topless, which took up about 50% of the movie...)

It's so annoying watching the movie when every little scene, fangirls are screaming their head off.
I liked this movie a whole lot better than Twilight but some parts just made me cringe, like Kristen's monotone voice. The action scenes were pretty cool and I liked the Volturi. ^^
And . . . I think I might just go Team Jacob. LOL

Pattinson's Edward was a miss, Kirsten's on the other hand was purely monotonous, the grunting and the yelling totally ruined it

overall it was a draw for me, didn't hate it and didn't like it either......

I'm not a fan of Twilight nor am I an anti, but I watched the movie a couple hours ago with my parents, (my mom forced my dad and I lol) The movie was ok I guess but it kind of took a long time to get to the climax. And don't you guys just looove cliff hangers?

I loved new moon. It was a lot better than twilight imo. it just had more action and this time i actually saw how time passed by and it felt like something was finally happening! Whereas twilight was really weird and felt kinda short? I mean, it seemed like Bella fell in love with Edward after a couple of days and they became a couple after two weeks or so? and the director for twilight was kinda blah. (i liked the colors though. it was better than new moon)

I feel kinda lucky that there weren't that many hardcore fans when I went to see it, but they did go "awww" & "ohhhh" when jacob and edward first appeared. It's kinda funny/hilarious, but MANY girls went "EWWWW" when they saw Edward body. Whereas when Jacob threw his shirt, girls were going GAGAGA. (including myself) I could not focus on the movie because I kept seeing that wolfboys body! dangg, he's got a hot bod.

I liked New Moon, although I was kind of bored for a majority of the movie because I don't find Taylor Lautner or his body attractive (sorry! heh).. or even Robert Pattinson for that matter. Their acting isn't that good either including Kristen's. The other Cullens and the Volturi saved it for me. Overall it was definitely way better than the first movie though. I thought one of the best lines in the movie was when Jasper was like "it would be nice not to want to kill you all the time." hahaha

It's better than the first one. Find the movie funny for example with the fake gaze after the birthday. "Kiss me.." She over did it when she let out a stifle moan. Forced out much on her nightmare grunts and screams? Charlie did better with his part on pointing out the dreamcatcher ain't working. So much for Jacob and Bella moments like the rabbit being fixed him driving it. Come on! This is more based on J&B it's all about Edward hallucination instead of hearing him. On top of it off I'm glad Jacob got rid of his bad wig finally. Laughed at his fake dull dried out hair. All in for the wolf pack there.

New Moon was much better than Twilight.
It was funnier, I laughed alot ...
but some lines are straight out cliche ...
This time I learned my lesson, I didn't go to the midnight show or any night showings because those are infested with crazy tweens screaming their heads off.
I went to a day showing, it was crowded but most people there are older, so no screaming
it's funny because there were these 60 year old grandmas in front of me, and they were awwing, and ohmygoding the whole time, and when I saw them in the bathroom after the movie ... they were talking about how hot the boys were ... and when my friends were telling me that Edward looked ugly, they turned around and gave us the stank eye ...
Twilight makes the grandmas go crazy too.

I just finished the watching the movie on the internet - free so not complaining

the whole cast are great except edward and bella
her screams irked me and no chemistry AT ALL
they're so bland and boring, they're made for each other
I felt like they were trying to shove their love down my throat

Well NM was the most boring among the four books imo so I guess they stayed true to the book. haha
I expected more from Chris Weitz, I was disappointed because I thought he could do more.

정유미, in the book I remember he brought up the marriage thing while they were having a conversation in her bedroom. I didn't like the cliffhanger as well. I thought it was poorly edited.

New Moon the book was the boring one out of the 4, so the movie was boring as well. Some of the parts were...not that great but I definitely enjoyed the eyecandy. I went to the midnight showing and I saw so many crazed fangirls with Edward/Jacob shirts. The movie was definitely better than Twilight, so that's all it matters. I hope Eclipse will be even better.

i just finish watchin it...darn the line was long...it's better than twilight though..i still love edward/bella rather than jacob/bella but i have to admit that taylor is hot though without the shirt..so many people in the theater were screening when he took his shirt off and when edward appear. It's crack me up to hear so many screaming every single times when edward kisses bella..lolz...

I gotta say, new moon was a lot better than twilight. Visually, everything was better. The make-up wasn't as god-awful than the first, the lighting was a lot better, and the coloring and cinematography was just better. I think the worse part of the movie was the acting though. Omg, it was horrible. Bella sucks, like, really bad. And Edward didn't fare much better as well. It's like, he was trying too hard to remember his line and trying to hid is accent. I think the better lighting and not so indie-feel like twilight made edward and bella seem worse than the first. The best part of the movie was the were-wolves. Jacob is hot, and a rocking body to add. I think the directors should have not just made lautner buff up but Pattinson as well. It's quite noticeable..the difference between them. I didn't like alice either...she just sounded very fake perky to me. The best acting in the whole movie was some of the voltari's (dakota fanning was awesome), bella's friends, and i actually thought jacob wasn't too bad.

Overall I was soo bored during the movie (at least i didn't fall asleep. I actually zoned out a lot when watching twilight). I am more hyped about seeing ninja's kill each other next week.

It was really good. I can't believe I was spazzing & squealing over Taylor L's abs/body lol
Dakota Fanning's part was so small, they hyped it up so big. tho she looked super vampiry, it was cool haha.
I think I'm for Jacob-Bella but she wants Edward, it's such a sad triangle. good stuff.

i yawned & wanted to nod off for like a minute at one point in the movie but didn't so..mhm^^

just got home from watching, and i have to say the movie was pretty good.
and it's definitely better than twilight. although kstew's acting still irks me and it seems to me that rob is just trying too hard to dazzle the watchers so sometimes, it seems as if he was lost along the lines and i don't see edward anymore in the movie.

but i really have to give some thumbs up for taylor lautner and dakota fanning.
the two youngsters were definitely the attention catcher throughout the whole movie.
it's such a shame dakota doesn't have too much lines. i recall reading a lot of volturi parts in the book.
