Hopefully this Micheal guy can do a good job to change and imprint the Jacob that s in my head.
Forever in my heart Jacob Black will always be Taylor Lautner.

I've just read a news article and Taylor's said it's way to early to say if Copon got the role, even Ashley Greene supporting Taylor
because she thinks the whole, "he isn't fitting the physical appearance" is rubbish.

No offense against taylor but the point about how he's not quite big enough is true, he's too young to play Jacob who is supposed to have a full-grown man's body and the face of a 25 year old.
But yeah, Michael copon's acting skills can be better.

Michael: (Laughs) I've seen Rob out here and there and we've hung out and had great conversations. Funny enough, before I knew who he was, I said, "I'd be excited to play a part in Twilight 2" and he said, "Oh yeah, I'm in the first one." I was like, "Who do you play?" He's like, "Edward." I felt so bad! But if there is Team Mike verses Team Rob, I think it's only for the better of the film. Friendly competition!
this guy is a liar. Rob said he has no idea who he would play in Twilight before he went to audition.
my huch told me, Christ Weiz will never cast that guy play Jacob.

i prefer little cute lautner tho. XD
they could make taylor grow fast like in months, right.
with make ups and effects. haha
oh and i'm glad they changed the director.
no offense but i'm really not a fan of female directors. coz they prefer in romances than the actions. XD
and a vampire movie without much actions is kinda suck.

I think Taylor Lautner is perfect for the role. He's already gradually growing bigger, Jacob doesn't get big and buff right away it happens slowly. I think Lautner has a good grasp on the role of Jacob Black it would be a shame to replace him with anyone other than himself.
Copon can enjoy his nano seconds in the spotlight, since with his acting skills it won't shine on him again. The cast isn't broken why is the new director or Summit trying to fix it?

That was my friend, too. When Jacob first came on, she just let out this huge "EWWWW!"
Looking forward to New Moon.

Has anyone reminded him that all he ever starred in was in teeny boppy tv shows, which btw, the kicked him off before he could have a substantial, meaningful role on the show? Damn, i am so glad Brooke dumped that playboy on One Tree Hill (lol)
I just hope this cocky interview will light a fire under Taylor.
And if its the way people say it is and he DIDN'T even watch/read Twilight, that should help the director see how dedicated he is to the role. Because it seems like Michael isn't doing this because he's an avid fan of Twilight and thinks he could make the role "come alive", that buttlickingbutthole just wants the money and fame---DOUCHE!
Yeah, it's mean to hate on someone when I don't have the full understanding of his circumstances, but seriously if he talks and answers like that for the record, imagine how he's going to be with the cast and during filming.
And, btw, didn't Taylor meet with the director already?
... No news on that?

There were SO many laughable moments in the movie. But it was more like laugh and cringe at the same time. Like the whole forest/meadow scene.
