Kristen Stewart Talks 'New Moon' and New Movie!

As 'Twilight' star Kristen Stewart gets ready to take a bite out of the highly anticipated 'New Moon,' ET is with the 18-year-old star to talk about her new indie flick, 'The Cake Eaters.' But first, Kristen is revealing secrets about the big Stephenie Meyer follow-up -- and how 'Twilight' has changed her life!

"It's been good for me, it's been only good," says Kristen of life after the release of the vampire film phenomenon. "It really facilitates work that I love. It makes it much easier. I don't have to fight to get into a movie that I really want to do. It's not a fight anymore, and it was."

As for 'New Moon,' which she's about to start filming, Kristen says she's "really excited," but it's "a big job."

"It's a lot different, also, from the first," she adds. "It's a very different story. A lot happens: [Bella] doesn't have [Edward] anymore, and she's also in a place where she has to step up and kind of become more mature, and to see her deal with life without him is going to be interesting. … It's all very epic and convoluted."

Yes. I can confirm that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are currently in Vancouver prepping for the Twilight Sequel New Moon. Go get her Emily! Arrived yesterday late afternoon, Rob was taken out a side/back entrance to avoid being attacked by twi-hards.

They are nothing if not tenacious, and f-cking crazy. Which is why Rob’s movements are being kept super secret service to keep the freak moms away from disrupting production.

Oh crud! They have to be careful because of the "moms" ? It's a good thing that they are being more thorough this time and not let any distractions like fans who stalk the set (although it's nice to hear updates) because I also think one of the faults with the first film is that they weren't prepped during filming in more secure locations. I actually like it better this way and plus we don't have to know everything until they decide to release public information!

So nice to hear they've arrived and I'm sure other Twilighters will find out about their whereabouts (be warned! )

Ashley Greene Headed to Italy for Rehearsals and Fittings

While trying on some fashion in LA, New Moon star Ashley Greene let slip that’s she headed to Italy sooner than we thought–

“I’m going to Italy this Sunday for dress rehearsals and fittings,” the actress confided as she browsed the racks at a spring preview for labels Miss Me, Bordeaux and Paul & Joe Sister in downtown Los Angeles.

Is she looking forward to the second time around? “It’s going to be a blast! The first movie we were so close knit. We were all there as a family. This one, there’s just four of us. I’m kind of bummed because Kellan and Jackson are going to be there for the first week and then they’re gone,” she lamented. “But Kellan did say he’s coming to stay with me in Italy. That’ll be nice.”

Taylor Lautner Tells Rob Pattinson Fans: "Don't Hate On Me Too Much"

Want to make sure all four Twilight movies get made?

Taylor Lautner, aka Jacob Black, has a suggestion. "I’m telling fans to go see New Moon at least one more time than you saw Twilight and all will be good," Lautner just told me when I called in to chat with him during Walmart's Twilight special on BlogTalkRadio.

He agrees with Kristen Stewart's prediction that the fourth and last in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, will get the go-ahead from the movie studio.

Lautner, along with Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Nikki Reed, have just begun rehearsing the second installment, New Moon, in Vancouver with director Chris Weitz set to start shooting sometime next week. The third, Eclipse, has officially been greenlighted with Drew Barrymore under consideration to direct. (And if you haven't heard by now, the DVD release of Twilight happens March 21.)

"Now that I've seen this kind of passion and dedication in the fans, I wouldn't see a reason [Breaking Dawn] wouldn't happen," Lautner said.

For now, Lautner is getting ready for that passion to grow even stronger, because the competition between Jacob and Edward becomes fierce in New Moon. In other words, the battle between Team Taylor and Team Robert will likely reach new levels of hysteria.

"I'm getting a little nervous," Lautner admitted. "But I'm so thankful for the fans and even those Robert Pattinson/Edward fans. I know we wouldn't…be here filming New Moon and [then] filming Eclipse if it wasn't for them."

But he had a message to Team Robert: "Don't hate on me too much. I love you, guys."

Lautner also revealed the New Moon movie will stick pretty much to the book, meaning it's unlikely Jacob and Bella will share a kiss…at least not this time around.

"Maybe you'll see a little bit more action in the third," he said. "I'm excited for that."
