Hi, guys.
I am going to start my FAT-LOSS (not weight-loss) PROGRAM tomorrow, on Monday, November 24, 2008.
Here is my profile:
Age: 15 years old
Height: 166cm
Weight: 75kg
GOAL: 54kg (or still 21kg to lose!)

I have many reasons to be slim.
. : I want to show my junior high old-friend my new body on her birthday, February 15, NEXT YEAR (which makes me have around three months to transform)
. : Yes, I want to be slim. I want to wear a lot of cute clothes, I want to be pretty!

Before Picture

*NO PHOTOSHOP (I cropped the picture with Photobucket, I'm too lazy to use Photoshop, and I don't want to lie you guys and myself)
*Taken with Kodak Z700 Digital Zoom 4MPx (so, please don't mind the bad quality picture)
*Taken right after I woke up this morning (so, please don't mind my sleepy and ugly face)

Note:
I am going to have a diet (not that strict diet) and exercise.
I am open for POSITIVE critics and supports. If you want to be rude or bash me, don't visit this thread. ph34r.gif
Thank you! <33

Luck, and lots of willpower! If you feel like straying off the path (binge, not exercising, etc.), give yourself at least 10 minutes to wait it out and then check. Most of the times it passes over.

21kg by feb, good luck lol. You can probably lose half of it being realistic.
Nevertheless, it's a good thing that you're trying to do something instead
of just being lazy. Good luck.

Good luck!

Here's some tips:
Drink alot of water, about 3-5 bottles a day would be good.

Eating on a small plate/bowl makes you feel fuller.

Go look up the 8 minute abs video on google, it worked for lots of people to get a flat stomach or nice abs.

Play DDR! biggrin.gif And jump rope too, stretch, etc.

A friend of mine once said "Eat breakfast like a rich person, eat lunch like a normal person, and eat dinner like a poor person." Its because people digest food quicker and more in the morning, and most of the food you eat at night goes to your body.

Guys, thanks for all supports!! smile.gif
Yeah, I know that's a really big 'thing' to lose, but at least I have a target to motivate myself even more.
I posted my BEFORE PICTURE in my first post..., so--ehm--I don't recommend you to see my ugly face and body, but if you still dare to see it..., it's your own risk.
Please don't faint! tears.gif tears.gif

DAY 1

I woke up at 05:30, then I watched Spongebob Squarepants with my little sister.

Breakfast
~06:00~

500ml of Water (that I drank before I had my oatmeal)
1 cup of Oatmeal with Tropicana Slim (some kind of low-fat sugar, only 6 calories per sachet)
200ml Water of Slimming Tea (some kind of herbal medicine that helps your metabolism)
200ml of Water (after I finished my breakfast)

Snack
~11:00~

A mango.

* * *

That's all for this morning, gotta post more this afternoon. smile.gif
Please give some critics if there's something wrong or bad of my breakfast. (e.g too much calorie, less protein, etc.)

remmeber it isnt a diet, its more of a "transformation to a more healthy eating style." diets are only temporary! good luck!

Please don't drink any slimming teas. Those teas have laxative and diuretic properties and are bad for health.
