Girls, What Must Guys Do To Win Your Heart?

The girl doesnt dislike the guy or anything, but just thinks hes a 'nice guy.'
What must the guy do to win her heart?
That is, girls, what kind of things can the guy do to make you fall for him?
(assuming the guy is actually a date-able guy... not some ugly weirdo person)
EDIT..............................................
I appreciate all your answers... but I feel like most (though not all) of these answers are based off the assumption that the girl is already somewhat interested in the guy.
But I was talking about more in the sense of.... where the girl has no feelings/interest for the guy, and just consideres him a 'friend.'
In that case, It would be more difficult to do some of the things you all listed to "win her heart" wouldnt you agree?

to cheer her up. Compliment her, say that she's pretty and that she's sweet. Spend a
lot of time with her but not to the point where it's almost annoying.

also one must realize that women, especially good looking women, usually have alot of experience in dealing with guys, and I have seen a lot of girls who just go through guys paychecks via clubs and whatnot, then get another guy once the cash or willingness to spend the cash dissipates, all simply because they can and if they are good looking their is a never-ending pool of willing pawns of the opposite sex

thats the best answer ive heard so far. but the problem is...
wouldnt that possibly weird her out? maybe its just me, but i think guys in general have a hard time knowing how deep to "compliment" or "say shes pretty" type of things without making it seem kind of... awkward

Oh wait to add to that, to stand in the rain with no umbrella with a bunch of roses
but the roses won't look like roses anymore because the rain will make all the petals fall off!
just randomly compliment her. on some days, just say "you look nice today.

In fact, it will win any Human's heart.
That is why any funny guy is dangerous if you're trying to compete lol.
anyways I think this is a dumb question.

It usually means he has an interest in her. For example, if she's wearing a new shirt
you could say, "that shirt looks great on you." OR let's say she did something with her
hair then you could say, "you look really pretty/nice today." If it seems too awkward
I guess you could text her those things.
Compliments only get funky if you say it out of the blue. Everyone loves hearing
compliments and no one can deny it.
As I said before just take an interest in her. Find out what she likes to do for fun. When
you see her in the halls wave to her and smile at her. Show that you care about her.

To win my heart, the guy needs to of course be sweet, kind, nice, generous, yabba yabba blah blah blah. The most important thing to me is that he needs to give me a sense of security when I'm with him. He needs to be confident and have a backbone, but be sure to not confuse this with arrogance and conceitedness. I've turned a few guys down because they were so indecisive.

I have to be comfortable around him =)
He has to be able to accept me for who I am and love me anyways.
Materialistic stuff is nice... and the perfect guy would be nice too...
But I think chemistry is best! If we're capable, this would definitely capture my heart ^^
