Deadmau5 canceled his show in NYC for April 3rd i was so pissed he's so good live but i'll see him at UMF so it's all good

I absolutely LOVE RAVE CULTURE!!!
I've never been to a massive before, but this June a couple days before my birthday is gonna be Starscape in Baltimore..I'm so excited cause it'll be my first time ( and I'm 20

) ..I'm SO ready for this cause Trance, Drum and Bass and other Electronic sounds are my LIFE!!!

hmm I keep one glow stick from a rave or DJ concert and throw out the other, that way I know how many I have been to....so far I have 328 glowsticks in a big box. I go raves as much as I can, I went to see abovebeyond just the other day, plus lots of my friends do it not a lot of old people go to many here. But then I do the every weekend club hopping since I get vip or g-list through my promoter, but I agree clubs are cleaner (depending) and usually the atmosphere is better and more comfortable. What can I say I love to party and dance....I see it as do as much as you can while you still can and I am only 21 yrs old.

Anyone going to UMF? I already bought my tickets for it.

I haven't been to one yet, but I plan on moving to the Catabria region in Spain next fall or spring '12. So hopefully I'll have a chance to go to Ibiza if school doesn't interfere.

i would love to go to UMF, it's gonna be every raver's dream world~ unfortunately, i live in L.A, and since how sweet is a week prior to UMF and much much more closer, i think i'll settle for that.

btw, i'm 21, and i still go to raves.

i've stopped dropping though. go alcohol woohoooo.

I went to my first rave this past Monday with my BF. I'm 21 and he's 22. I had sooo much fun, despite getting pushed down in the crowded and small place that was jam packed with people.
It was Mardi Gras too, so it was a good opportunity to go.

I still go.. I'm 25.. started when I was 15. I don't go NEARLY as much as I used to haha.. I feel old! My bf actually just started going to them.. so no more just going to TAO for my bday.. more like going to all the massives

LOL doubtful. it hit it's peak in the mid/late 90s and has taken a nosedive ever since.

Comparing now to then, I completely agree. There is no "scene" like there used to be.. Plur? rofl! I doubt people even know the real meaning anymore

I hear the new dance is the shuffle. *thumbs down*. I can't believe people get into circles, just to shuffle. I gets pretty boring. Only a few times I've ran into breakers/poppers.
