I'm currently in a Community College. I want to spend 2 years there, then transfer to either Yonsei, SNU, or Korea Uni .... I went on their website but they don't say how to transfer from a CC ... only from another 4 year institute, how do I go about transferring?

you probably can't.
either transfer from a 4 year university, or apply as a regular foreign student.
you should probably send an email to the universities that you're interested in attending.
the people on soompi aren't experts...

like what she said, most university's allow 'studying abroad' when both the korean college and themselves have an agreement already made.
like i know the university of washington is a sister college with 'ee hwa yuh dae' and 'yonsei dae' so a lot go there to study. so im pretty sure
the only way to get there from a cc is like she said... apply as a foreign student

According to a recent email I got, you can.
Any domestic, foregin college and university transfer is fine
after your sophomore year or with an associate.
