Hi everyone! Wow..first time coming to this forum topic...if I break any rules..sorry!!!!

I really need a way to convert an mp4. file to a wmv file. I've tried soo many programs and softwares (ex. ImTOOMPEG, media-convert) already but none of them work! For the ones that do work, they only convert half way. Whyy? D=

Does anyone know any other (free) programs that can convert mp4. to a wmv files? Or provides step by step instructions? T_T

Or...if someone is nice enough...convert the file for me. ><;
