I just opened Photoshop and it told me to reinstall the software for my tablet drive but I lost the disk! The only way to buy another one is to buy another tablet and I'm so not doing that >< Is it legal to reinstall it online since technically I have the actual tablet, but I'm just missing the software. The software for the drive is needed for the brush settings to work on the tablet (pen pressure, airbrush, etc.).

Yes it is, you can download the newer (and probably better) drivers from the site. Just make sure you get the correct one for your tablet and it should be all good
