Basically it's exam time around the corner so this whole week is study week for me. I'm wondering if anyone has any great, fantastic way to stay focus or to get an energy boost.

What do you guys think is a good snack, food, drink, etc to have handy when we're cramming and need to focus and stuff?

Like lately I've been trying fast food and uh... that doesnt work very well XD I've also tried taking little walks out in nature to refocus and stuff but that also gets tiring (and it's getting cold).

So yea, any advice or tips?

I think anything sugary works well, like a chocolate chip cookie! biggrin.gif
Or something you really like to eat. Little snacks are ideal, since you probably don't want to get fat.

you could always try an energy shot... the 5 hour energy things shouldn't be so bad, they only have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee i think...
BUT a healthier alternative for me is a banana. ^^ keeps me awake through english class~

RED BULL! O_O
It's scary. I know it's really bad but if you want a lot of energy,
it's the way to go. ;D LOLOL!
It literally makes you shake.
You could probably finish the exam in mere minutes. LOL ;D

Or... a nice apple and exercise in the morning will do you good. (:

Life is beautiful...

Even it pains

eggs, apples and bread for breakfast is good
esp eggs when trying to study

if your looking for a caffeinated drink, i'd say green tea since if has the caffeine but its not as bad for you as soda.

personally i don't like energy drinks 'cause then you have a crash ; i hate that lol ;
i only drink it if i have to

granola.

most fruits will give you a boast in energy but it fizzles out quickly. it's better to stick with grains which give longer lasting energy.

but if you're not thinking of the nutritive side, how about chewing on a stringy piece of beef jerky. i'm sure that'd keep you awake.

try exercising when you feel sleepy.
sit up, squats or even push ups if you want.
lol, they keep me awake.
or just pinch yourself xD
or or or~ something with sugar 8D
sugar keeps me away (but makes me sorta hyper)

Carbs. Fruits. Protein.

Oh, what I eat?
Energy drinks.
During finals week, I was drinking about 3 cans a day.
Caffeine withdrawal is brutal....
