Help Please! metrolink from Uc Riverside to LA Union Station

Hi, i am a freshman at UCR, and I don't know how to even get to the train station in Riverside...which bus do I take to the Train Station in Riverside? if I am dorming at East Lothian? Also once I arrived to the train station, how do I buy the tickets, and which train to I go on?
