psh, the lady is practically saggy as how anyone would be in real life...well her bod is actually in pretty good form and more realistic in the photos than her face is.

Err are you guys serious? If you have seen her real life candids, her arms are muscular and veiny as hell. I think she works out way too much (probably addicted to exercise) and it's not even healthy anymore; it looks disgusting. The LV ad up there is clearly an ILLUSION, not the real Madonna.
