You know those headbangs that are used to keep hair out of your face? They're kinda tight because they are elastic.
Anyways, is it bad to wear these type of headbands for like long periods of time. I've heard that it may make blood circulation harder since it's tight on your head.

Any ideas?

I doubt it. The worst it could probably do is give you a headache.
I mean its tight but not deathly tight, right? laugh.gif

I think it's fine as long as you take it off when it starts to hurt.
Mine usually starts to hurt too;; because it's kind of tight so I just take it off.

Just make sure it's the right fit for your head.
Too tight will cause headaches. D:

Headbands press on nerves which is why it gives a lot of people headaches. You just have to be careful of how it fits before you buy them.

Sometimes when I wear them they give me a headache. But if it isn't too tight then it'll probably be okay.

Take it off if it starts to hurt; that's what I do. I wear the thin ones though, so they're no too tight. =]
Don't wear it too often/long I suppose and you should be alright.

I think it is fine for you, it shouldn't cause major problems.
But it feels too tight don't buy it to begin with,
because it can create problems later.

^^ buy something comfortable.
