Don't listen to too much techno, but Justice and Daft Punk are my tops. The only way to describe Justice's beats is badass. Honestly.

I can't believe that no one has mentioned Prodigy, Fatboy Slim and Chemical Brothers. They are pioneers of electronica genre.

Not really. They were pioneers of electronic music in 70's and 80's. Electronica came later, in 1990's. Kraftwerk was pretty much dead by then and had nothing to do with the popularity of electronica.
