I'm thinking about getting St. John's Wort because it's supposed to help with mild/moderate depression. I was wondering if anyone has tried it before and has it worked?

I agree. Or do some intensive research on it. Well it's an herb, so I don't think it should have like horrible side effects like what doctors would prescribe you...
But I never knew that was what it was for....and I use to work at a Rite Aid. xD What I find that works for me, is to do what I like to take my mind off of things or concentrate my feelings (anger, pain, etc) into what I like to do (for me it's singing and jogging [well I don't like to jog, but hey great way to relieve stress and to get in shape!]).
