Long story short he missed my kendo for her violin.
I got really pissed at him and we almost broke up, there were more reason's than just this one incident. This is all past me though.
But I was wondering if your s/o missed your event for someone else's how would you react? What would you do? Would it make you think twice about things?
And for the people who have done it before, why do would you rather go to someone else's event instead of your s/o's?

The idiot had a license and could drive but felt like being a nice guy and not drive to work, I on the other hand had no mode of transportation yet bf chose to drive him home.
Not just a one time thing either.
After a couple of times I just blew up at him.
It made me question a lot, especially where I stood with him.
In that situation though, it will need a lot of heart to heart talk and he better have a pretty darn good explanation for choosing his ex crush over his gf

But yea, you should at least beat him for that haha.
I'd understand if the other person was some relative or good guy friend that needed the support, but its some other girl! Youre obviously way more important than her imo. Beat him =)

That's probably really immature...and your skills may hurt him really bad but it'll teach him a lesson
I would be mad, angry, FURIOUS...and disappointed, upset. so yea...I'd never invite him to one of my events again....: (

anyway my bf always do that to me too so i get used to it.. i do it to him too anyway but we still love each other very much
i don't know why, but we're practically at ease in that arrangement.
we need each other, but that that doesn't mean we'll die without the other. if he has a valid reason for not attending my event then so be it

HOWEVER.
Anything else other than that I would blow up at him for D<
He can expect to be crying until the cows come home.
Because if he thinks some other chick deserves his time over mine u.u then fine.
He can go watch the other chick until his eyes pop out, because I'm not going to waste my time D< with someone who'd rather watch some other girl.

i mean if it was something suuuper important, then i'd understand.
but if the other person's event was equal or less important than mine.. i'd be like D:::
especially if they just cancelled on me last minute haha.
if they explained to me before hand, it'd be.. better
+ yeah, if we were already having problems,
it'd prolly make me think about where our priorities are lol.
