Thanks, everyone! I've been greedily taking these, so I guess I should share some, too ^.^
These are from GD's Butterfly MV. Just cropped some screenshots. They should fit 240x320 screens. Enjoy!
(P.S. this is my first try for posting images... hope it's okay >.<)

i made some, but it's for samsung corby and the initial size is 240x320.

240x400 give or take a few - fits any phone that is the same size as Samsung eternity, mythic, or solstice screen

Found these through Google and deviantArt (most are from there) and resized them.
Sunset is a picture I took in Aruba
Fireworks was a screen cap I took from the Super Junior and SNSD MV SEOUL

wow all the wallpapers are sooo cute ...Thanks a lot. Though I do not have a phone at present. But i would use them once i get one. by the way ... sorry for asking here, but can i have any such wallpapers for my laptop resolution - 1366 x 768 or at least something near to that resolution ?
