i currently take 100% whey protein shakes from GNC, and i'm 14 years old, 6'0 at 213, and i need
to get stronger for football next season, and i've been considering creatine, but i researched and it's a mistake, and doesnt make u stronger.
i was just looking around GNC.com
and found monster milk 50 grams of protein 350 calories, and
muscle milk both same content but monster milk has more protein, and the whey doesnt seem to be working, so i want something else to try out.
it contains leanlipids that help burn fat, which can help me tremendously, but i still dont no.
i'm also considering weight gainer, which containts 2,220 calories, which is basically half of how much food i take in each day anyways lol. so that's not in my range, but help me out on wat i shuld take.

well before talking about supplements, do you have a workout plan properly geared towards building strength? in my mind this is the first thing you should consider before anything. an effective workout must be in place for any other benefits to occur.

geeze.
If you want to get stronger, focus on your training method and not on some miracle supplement that will make you into a superman. Just eat, eat, and eat some more. As long as you're eating clean you'll grow.
Training is what you should be concerned with. Athletic training (as opposed to bodybuilding) is all about strength and POWER, especially explosive power. Squats, deadlifts, bench, and POWER CLEANS.
Do yourself a favor and get yourself Starting Strength.

"But when it ends and while it ends, something comes, after so much rage, persistence, obstinacy, extravagance; something entirely unexpected and touching in its mildness and goodness. With the motif passed through many vicissitudes, which takes leave and so doing becomes itself entirely leave-taking, a parting wave and call, with this D G G occurs a slight change, it experiences a small melodic expansion. After an introductory C, it puts a C sharp before the D. . .and this added C Sharp is the most moving, consolatory, pathetically reconciling thing in the world. It is like having one's hair or cheek stroked, lovingly, understandingly, like a deep and silent farewell look. . . . " (Mann: 55).

At 14 you don't need to be taking any supplements anyways. There is really no need
for anything except good training, a solid diet, and quality rest. But hey, if you're really
that dead set on spending some money go for it.
